Soursop Fruit From Garden to Table The Benefits of Soursop

This is a Soursop fruit that is growing in my garden.  I got to harvest 1 fruit just the other day.  Waited a few days for it to ripen.  Soursop is high in vitamin C, which is known to boost your immune system.  It provides a good amount of fiber.  For those wanting to loose weight, this is the perfect fruit for you.

Just recently I was asked if I wanted to get into marketing Isengix.  I looked it up.  It was a marketing program for weight loss.  I mentioned, I don't like filling my shelf with powdered mix drinks, packet snacks, and protein bars.  I mentioned I like to eat real food.  If your into loosing weight, the best thing for you is to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, water, and exercise.  Limit on carbs, and just eat less.

This is the soursop that came of the tree.  Ready to be cut.

This is what the inside of a soursop looks like.
